Job Summary
We are looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team. Restoration 1 is a busy, large, up-and-coming Restoration company. Our primary work is residential homes. We help rebuild homes after loss (fire, water, storm damage, etc.).

Qualifications

MUST HAVE XACTIMATE REBUILD EXPERIENCE
Restoration construction experience
Project Management and Estimating experience
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisions
Strong knowledge of MS Office, RMS, and Xactimate
IICRC Certifications (Not required but a plus. We can train after hire.)

Salary based on experience.

Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per year
